By her action based on Article 268 TFEU, the applicant seeks compensation for the material and non-material damage which she claims to have suffered as a result of certain comments in the final audit report of 8 January 2014 adopted by the European Commission following the financial audit carried out regarding A’s participation in project B which was funded in the context of the Seventh framework programme for research, technological development and demonstration activities (2007 to 2013).
